I login and stay for 10 mins or less and then i disconnect (permanent skill lag and cannot interact with anything or use any item) while doing anything with any character. Lately (15 mins ago) i have logged in and stayed at Gendarran Fields for 4 mins then Made a change to the WvW server reset time on this page. After following the referenced link I found that NA reset takes place on Saturday at 2.00 UTC, not Friday at 2.00 UTC. New to the wiki, I wasn't sure whether I had to post a talk topic about my change. Time zones are annoying for all of us. The way server transfers used to work: someone transfers off, you get in. Now with the recent changes in server capacity: even if someone moves off, the server will remain full. T1 is on lockdown until further notice. Im not exactly sure what you mean by that. Server population is now based on active WvW population. Bank and gold will be there, but you lose: crafting levels. unlocked pets (I think) skill points. unlocked traits. map completion. order memberships. character /age , which is important for bigger, better birthday presents :) Before you delete everything, consider this - it may be worth spending the money to transfer with your characters intact.
Me and a friend wanted to get into the game but when i opened up the game it prompted me to choose a world but it never did that for my friend so we… Here's another little tip/trick: If you have Windows, you can click on the 'date/time' down in the corner of the desktop, and then click 'change date and time settings', then click the tab 'Additional Clocks', and set one of them to Pacific Time (or any other US time zone), and it will show you what time it is at ArenaNet (Pacific), or any other place in the US, when you mouse-over the date/time. Give up on the full servers they don't work like most other mmos as is only wvw that matters for the servers and unless the servers that are full takes a dip in active players in wvw then they are gonna stay full. Also i don't think free accounts can do world transfers.
I dont care about my characters on my original server so if I delete them will I be able to change for free? Yes, if you bought GW2 or Heart of Thorns. Free to Play account don't get to transfer like that, but do get 1 free transfer after they buy the game.
