To get the same jobs is virtually immposible. Has jobs depend on your leval in the game. What we do is Pick a destination and then, We try to get jobs to citys on the route to the final destination then the start out with the driver with the least distance starts first.
The The Bigger the Better achievement in Euro Truck Simulator 2 worth 32 points Complete delivery of all oversize cargoes (requires Special Transport DLC) The Not a Big Problem achievement in Euro Truck Simulator 2 worth 23 points Complete 3 consecutive oversize jobs without any damage (requires Special Transport DLC) Showing both comments.

Always buy your hired drivers the cheapest truck you can: it makes no difference to them. Never hire a driver without at least one distance skill. Try to get drivers with two. Drivers without one long distance skill will be stuck in the city, and they will only make one delivery per day. You will lose tons of money waiting for them to level up.
