Dishonored 2. FPS STUTTER FIX. To remove 80-90% of the bad stutter inherent to the engine of this game. AND the new DEATHLOOP, do as follows: Set your MONITOR refresh rates to EITHER 60 or 120 HZ. Then set those fps limits in your game config too. Enable DRIVER vsync, i keep my IG vsync off.
Dishonored Definitive Edition is an absolute DISGRACE. Honestly, it blows my mind that a respectable studio like Bethesda would allow something like this to happen. Apart from the higher resolution, the game looks exactly like the last gen version, and it supposedly has a lot of frame rate issues even though it's capped at 30fps.

Nov 10, 2016. #470. The issue actually seems to be due to task manager setting Dishonored2.exe to "Low priority", if I manually set it to High Priority, I get a big boost in FPS. Unfortunately, it periodically resets back to low every couple of mins/load screens.
